We conduct advocacy, capacity building, and systemic change activities to serve young children and their families. We provide services and supports for children with developmental delays and disabilities to enhance their development, maximize their potential, and increase the capacity of families to meet the special needs of their young children.

Community-Based Transition Pilot Program
The Patient Centered Medical Home Program which embeds nurse case management in the primary care setting
Bodyworks which provides dietary and physical activity counseling and weight management
The Lactation Clinic which provides breastfeeding support to all, including mothers and infants with developmental disabilities
The Parent Navigator Program, which employs individuals with lived experience to help families navigate and get connected to the DD service system
Hablamos Juntos, which provides family-based support for children with speech delay
